Colin Armstrong put on such a great show, which is why this review is getting two stars instead of zero. The show quality and delivery were top-notch, rating a solid 10/10. The venue, however, was disappointing. I expect a certain level of accommodation for a ticket price of over 100 per ticket, such as not overselling the venue. My group had to leave early because the place was so packed and horrendous. It was shoulder to shoulder all the way to the doors, with attendees bumping into each other constantly. Selling tickets above capacity is a clear violation of fire codes and unacceptable. The venue's actions ruined our experience. I will never attend this place again. Franklin Music Hall, formerly known as the Electric Factory, failed to live up to expectations. Merely hanging a black tarp over the old sign and renaming it did not improve the situation. I hope this establishment gets shut down.
